Reviews
There was no photo on the menu, so I ordered the Tonteki S and a generous portion of rice.
Contrary to the appearance of the sauce, the taste of tonteki is not too strong and is very delicious.
I was surprised at how large the cabbage was.
Before I ate it, I thought it was a little expensive for this size and price, but I'm satisfied.
A popular restaurant in Yokkaichi that is famous for its tonteki.
I ordered a tonteki semi-double. The plate that came soon after was overwhelming with the height of the cabbage tower. It's a huge amount, but it mixes well with the sauce and is delicious, so you can eat it easily. Tonteki is also delicious.
It's a popular restaurant so the wait time can be long. It's not a problem for me since I'm the only one, but apparently everyone has to line up properly. Also, if you can't sit at the counter, you may be seated together at a table, which can be a bit awkward.
A single tonteki set meal costs around 2,000 yen, and a semi-double costs around 2,600 yen, which feels expensive.
It doesn't matter to me since I walk, but the parking lots are small and small.
The food is delicious, but there are some disappointments in other respects.
I had a meeting at work at noon and was quite hungry, so I wanted to eat a lot of rice, so when I looked it up, Tonteki, which is famous in Yokkaichi, was recommended, so I looked into the store. The moment I went there, I was quite surprised to see so many people lined up. I got lost with tonteki and fillet cutlet and my friend said that he would order tonteki, so I chose fillet cutlet with garlic sauce. It was a shock when it first came. I was surprised that the amount was quite large. It was amazing that the amount of cabbage was not staggering. I was surprised that the taste was as delicious as the volume. The sauce also worked well with garlic and the rice went well! It was really delicious.
We lined up about 10 minutes before the store opened at 11am, and although we had to wait a bit, we were able to get into the store relatively early.
Is it done by a married couple? Both of them handled it very well.
The atmosphere inside the store was calm and relaxing.
I had it at the counter seat.
I was surprised at the amount of cabbage, it was really cut into thin pieces.
Naturally, the tonteki was delicious, and the garlic was crunchy and delicious.
This shop is famous for Tonteki.
There is an elderly couple working together, so it takes a while for the food to be served.
And it's a famous store so there's a long line.
Expect to wait for an hour.
And if you wait too long, it will sell out quickly!
We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time.
But it's worth the wait!
Full of volume! Looks great too!
And I felt warm when I saw the couple’s smiles🎶
This is a store I want to go to again.
Thank you for the meal!
Since Mie is said to be the birthplace of tonteki, I had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Takaza.
I arrived at the store exactly at 5pm in the evening. The store's parking lot was already full.
I had planned to arrive 10 minutes early, but I was late and there were already customers lining up outside.
I didn't understand the system, so when I asked the person in front of me in line (a regular customer), there was no paper to write my name on, so I had to wait my turn.
There was a ticket vending machine inside. There are various menus. Tonkatsu, tonteki, tonten.
There is now a notice saying that only pork dishes will be served. Depending on the season, there seems to be an oyster menu as well.
I was able to sit inside the store just after 6pm.
The inside of the store has a beautiful and stylish atmosphere.
We learned a lot from our regular customers ☺️
It was very helpful and helpful 😊
☆W Tonteki and lots of garlic.
☆Ton tempura with less vegetables.
☆Rice → Small serving
I was surprised by the amount of vegetables that came with the regular tonteki.
When I said "lots of garlic," I thought it came with sliced garlic, but it was loaded with garlic pieces😆
The tonteki was also soft and the seasoning was not too strong and delicious.
For tonten, you can choose between garlic soy sauce or ginger soy sauce. It was delicious and I could eat it easily. The vegetables were also small and just the right amount.
It was a husband and wife team, so I think it took some time, but they all worked together so it went smoothly.
Inside the store, there is a horigotatsu tatami room that seats 4 people and 2 tables.
Chair table seats 4 people x 1 table
Chair/table seating for 6 people x 1 table
There were 3 counter seats.
At 7:30pm, we were told that those still waiting in line would be cut off.
There are still some menu items that I'm interested in, so I'd like to come back again.
There are 5 parking spaces on the premises of the store.
Available on Sunday night.
There are 5 parking lots in front of the store.
There is no paper to wait for, so you have to line up.
It seems that only pork dishes will be served from April. .
There is no set meal menu, all single items.
Tonteki is 1,660 yen, and large rice is 300 yen.
Miso soup 100 yen, total over 2,000 yen. . .
I thought it was a little expensive. . .
It's not expensive at all if you eat it!
Cabbage is springy,
Tonteki is also very delicious!
The large serving of rice was also a great amount. .
this is. . Confirmed repeat. .
Arrived 30 minutes after opening and it was already full.
There was no waiting and I was shown to my seat in about 15 minutes.
I looked at the menu while waiting
Complicated to write
(Maybe I'm the only one who thinks so)
The seats in the store were spacious and it was very good
And above all very clean
Since it was my first time, I ordered a standard size pork cutlet and tonteki🐖
When it's served, the visual including the cabbage makes me go "oh", but if you look at the volume of the meat alone, is it standard?
The pork cutlet comes with three kinds of dressing.
It was good to be able to change the taste ♡
The wasabi dressing was very spicy.
was my personal favorite
The tonteki had plenty of tonteki sauce on the cabbage beforehand, but if possible, it was better to eat it without it.
